Children in Sokkelund

Sokkelund is for adults. We aim to create a calm and discreet atmosphere where adult guests can enjoy each other’s company without being disturbed.

Children are also welcome, but they are here on the adults’ terms—not the other way around. This means that if a child is crying, making noise, or behaving in a similar manner, out of consideration for the other guests, the child should not be at Sokkelund.

If you use iPads, iPhones, or other devices to play music or movies, you must use headphones. This applies to both children and adults.

In short, Sokkelund is not a family restaurant in that sense.

That is why we have:

No high chairs.
No changing table.
No children’s menu.
No strollers, pushchairs, or similar items allowed inside Sokkelund.

You are always welcome to breastfeed your child discreetly.
